About AOMSG

Albany Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Group is a full scope maxillofacial surgery practice originally founded by Dr Carmen P Fasulo DDS and Dr Lawrence J Busino DDS in 1976. Since then, the practice has prided itself in performing the most advanced maxillofacial techniques for management of complex cases from throughout the tri state area.

The surgeons at AOMSG manage all maxillofacial consultations from St.Peter’s Health Partners; the only practice to do so in the capital region.

In addition, the practice of AOMSG is a AAAHC accredited surgery center, allowing for all levels of anesthesia including local, moderate, deep sedation and general anesthesia of adult and pediatric patients. This allows for complex surgical cases to be carried out in the comfort of our outpatient surgery center with continuous monitoring by our highly trained staff and nurses.
